This past winter, I led a retreat that considered the gifts of winter. This was held in my community and was a wonderful time of quiet and reflection, fitting the season nicely. But here we are in a different season and I’ve been pondering how the season of springtime points to God and his work in our lives. Particularly during coronavirus, does nature have special and specific gifts that might help us remain oriented toward God?
Staying Grounded in Tumultuous Times: Pondering the Gifts of Springtime
Please join me online for reflections on how the season of Spring can help us to stay grounded when things feel up in the air. We’ll meet online via Zoom, from 9 am to 11:30 (eastern time) on Saturday May 30, 2020.. From the comfort of your own home, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on observations about this season (springtime and coronavirus). I’ll share some practices that you may want to consider incorporating into your own life, and share some poetry and photographs for you to enjoy and contemplate. If you would like to attend, please contact me and I will send you further details and instructions.
I’m delighted to be offering something in a new way (this is my first online retreat) in this new season. I hope you will join me!
