Blogging at the Crossroads

One of the reasons that my husband and I chose to move to Salem, MA (as opposed to any other worthy town on the North Shore of Boston) is to plant a church. Currently we are a small group meeting in our lving room on Sunday afternoons, but we have big dreams and high hopes for what we may become. Today, I posted a blog entry on our church’s website (crossroads-salem.org). You can read the whole post here. It’s a few comments on Romans 12:9-13 which can be summarized as Love, Pray Eat and which is quickly becoming an anchor chapter of Scripture for our developing community.  Enjoy the passage and the “anti-translation” that brings the spirit of the passage into focus.
